So I'm taking part in hosting a broker's open...which is a progressive lunch open house for agents only. I'm after the main course and before the dessert, which lands me the title of being 'finger food'

####### should I serve? Fruit? Cookies? Chicken fingers?

grrrrrrrrrr!

You could bake a brie too, mmmm.

How about a cheese platter with grapes and crackers?

eta: Jenn and I had the same idea LOL

GMTA, especially when it comes to cheese.

ETA: Here are some tips on serving a cheese course, if you decide to go that way: http://www.taunton.com/finecooking/pages/c00184.asp

Thx guys...cheese and crackers is cheap too! woot!

Yeah, it's kinda strange cos it's based on the order of where the houses are. There are two on the same street...mine, and my friend's. She called dessert (biotch!), and all I said was 'I am NOT doing the entree'. Cos I aint about doin an entree for 100 people. ;)

So that landed us in this problem, lolz.
