DS form confusion

We were emailed about filling out our ds forms online. I went to the site and filled out the ds- 156 and I am wondering if I am supposed to fill out both forms on that site:

ds- 156 and ds- 1648

I am working on a k-1 visa, btw thanks

Did you get info from the consulate saying that you needed to fill out DS-1648? The DOS website says "A,G, or NATO Visa (Applying in the United States only)"...I've never heard of having to fill one out for a K visa. If it's a new thing, then I have no idea.

I dont think i do.. the consulate had just emailed saying to 'fill out the foms at the website' and those were the only two. thanks tho!

I wouldn't worry about it then. Have you received packet 3? The Canadian citizen should have received a packet from the consulate with instructions on exactly what forms are required and what other things they'll need to get for the interview. I wouldn't worry about the DS-1648.

I've never heard of DS-1648 either. Do you have the link to the forms?

Edited to add that I went looking for the form, and no, a K visa wouldn't fill that out.
