I am still waiting for reciept at NVC. Finally got my hard copy NOA2's yesterday. Called both NVC and USCIS this morning. Nothing. :crying: Wait 90 days they say. IVR still says have not received. I am getting just a tad worried. They should have been there by now! And it's my birthday....UGH.

LuLu,

Wishing you a very Happy Birthday!!

NVC received my petition on 7/29 and the AVR still says 'no record' for my case. When I called NVC last week, I spoke to an Operator and learned that my file had been there for a few days. I have already paid the AOS fee with the current status of 'Paid' as the invoice had been generated. When I check the AVR with the NVC case #, the message still says that my case was received on so and so date and to allow 6-8 weeks for the beneficiary to be notified. Hang in there, try speaking to an Operator at NVC.

California Service Center:

05/09/08: Sent I-130

05/16/08: NOA1

07/23/08: NOA2

NVC :

07/29/08: NVC case received

09/05/08: CASE COMPLETED

Embassy:

10/20/08: Interview/VISA Approved
