Timeline

I know there are quite a number of us who've gotten approvals since the start of July. For those who are at NVC already, which service center did you come from and how long did it take from your NOA2? For those who are not yet at NVC let's keep track of our progress here...

NATURALIZATION
07-03-2013: Eligible to file
07-22-2013: Application sent (Delivered: 07-24-13)
08-05-2013: NOA1 received (Priority date: 07-24-13, Check cashed: 07-29-13)
08-22-2013: Biometrics (Received: 08-06-13, Walk-in: 08-08-13)
09-03-2013: Inline for interview (Yellow letter received: 10-23-13)
11-04-2013: Interview scheduled (Received: 11-09-13)
12-12-2013: Interview (Approved)
01-03-2014: Oath ceremony, passport application and passport received

Count me in....Approved by CSC on July 23rd and waiting for the petition to reach NVC.

California Service Center:

05/09/08: Sent I-130

05/16/08: NOA1

07/23/08: NOA2

NVC :

07/29/08: NVC case received

09/05/08: CASE COMPLETED

Embassy:

10/20/08: Interview/VISA Approved

NVC: 7/25

I-130 Timeline:

5/13 : NOA1

7/21 : NOA2 - APPROVED!!!

NVC Timeline:

7/25 : Case # assigned

9/30 : Case completed!!!! (THANK YOU, LORD!!!)

10/03: Interview date assigned

US Embassy in Manila:

10/30 : Paid Document Verification (just to be on the safe side)

11/12 - 11/13 : Medical at SLEC

11/18: INTERVIEW DATE/MANILA EMBASSY/0630AM - VISA APPROVED!

11/20 : Visa in hand! (that was fast!)

11/30 : Flight to USA!

Life in America:

11/30 : POE:LAX

12/04 : SSN issued - 12/13: card received in the mail

12/04 : "Green Card" issued - 12/13: card received in the mail

NOVEMBER 30, 2010 : CR1 expires

It is National Visa Center, but I thought you should have known this by now (respond to question mark after NVC)

My case got a touch today. Hopefully that means it's off to NVC! Anybody else get lucky today?

02.08.2008: We marry at Old Town Hall in Praha

03.03.2008: I-130 received by USCIS - 09.05.2008: Letter sent to NVC stopping further action on Approved I-130 to process AOS.

--I-129F--

04.14.2008: I-129F received by USCIS

04.15.2008: NOA1 Receipt received for I-129F

07.14.2008: Received NOA2 in mail.

08.19.2008: Embassy appointment. Visa Approved and is in the mail!

08.28.2008: My girl is home!

--I-485--

09.05.2008: I-485 package (I-765, G-325a, I-864) sent to Chicago Lockbox.

09.11.2008: Package received in Chicago.

09.18.2008: Received I-765 Receipt and I-485 Receipt in mail.

09.22.2008: Biometrics scheduled for 10/4.

09.30.2008: A touch on the I-765 (EAD application).

10.29.2008: Update on website they received evidence and case continues.

12.09.2008: Received e-mail the EAD has been approved and a letter has been sent.

12.13.2008: EAD ARRIVES! I can put my girl to work! :-)

12.16.2008: eL applies for Soc Security card.

12.23.2008: eL receives Soc Security card!

03.27.2009: Petition to Change Status to Permanent Resident interview.

04.04.2009: Welcome to the United States of America letter received!

04.08.2009: eL receives her Green Card.

09.16.2009: Filed for divorce. Things were not as they seemed.

I called on friday and the agent told me it had been approved the day before. Then friday evening I got an email confirmation. :yes:

Wow Patrick and eL....you got to NVC really fast. I hope they don't take too long with mine and everybody elses. Hubby and I have everything ready and rearing to go. Just need to be at NVC so we can get this show on the road. :thumbs:

Question mark after NVC was because I don't know when our case will get there-- LOL not because I don't know what NVC stands for.... :)

Got a touch yesterday- I was hoping it was for the kids... says it's still pending though. Maybe our case was forwarded to NVC ? I'm hoping that perhps the kids' case status wasn't updated just Adrian's and that everyone was approved and sent to NVC..... does that happen ? Only one status being updated? Guess I can hope !

Cool....we got touches on the same day. I'm pretty certain from the trends I've seen that our cases are on their way to NVC. And what a long journey it is. Hopefully by tomorrow evening or wednesday they will have our info in the system. :yes:

When is the last time you checked to see if you had a touch? And have you called the NVC hotline to see if your case is there?
