So when my fiance has her medical, how much are we looking at spending? I heard fees are 25000Yen, and you dont have to get shots in Japan you can get shots the in the U.S.( in my case ) cheaper.... ?

Can't tell you exactly, we did a CR1 visa and it was around $ 500.00, some people's were higher. Suggest you

If you talk about the cost, shots in US is much more cheaper. However, you have to consider the interval time for the shots. It might cause delay for your AOS. It's all up to you.

And, for some vaccinations, your fiancee can get shot and antibody test at any clinic ahead of actual medical, this makes the cost cheaper. Though some vaccination requires US specific one which ordinary Japanese clinics cannot handle.

From the link, you can see designated clinics. Those clinics can tell the price for each vaccination. Also, your fiancee can call and ask them in Japanese for free of charge. :innocent:
