What to check in part 2 on I-485

Good afternoon VJers!!!

In my previous thread one VJer gave me an idea that I might made a mistake on my I-485 and thats why it got rejected.

I filed AOS while I-130 was pending. I`m adjusting from student visa, hubby is USC.

So, what was I supposed to check in part 2 on I-485???

A is the right box.. BUT.. was the I-130 ever approved? If not, maybe that's why they got confused, because they can't see a filed/approved I-130 and you're not submitting one with your I-485..

They would need at least the NOA of your I-130 to have proof you applied for it. I think given your previous post that you need to make an infopass appointment and check what happened to that NOA. They won't let you adjust unless you have that NOA. It says it on the paper you have to apply for I-130 with it or be approved for it already.

A is the right answer by the way.
