How will i obtain a police clearance?

I have been working abroad in the past,and i found out that i need a police clearance from each country...how will i obtain a police clearance without travelling back to those countries? all suggestions and advice would be more appreciated...

Ask at the consulates for the countries, they should be able to help. Or google it- for Switzerland for example, you pay and order online, then snail mail a copy of your passport.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Hi there. It depends upon the countries where you worked in the past. Police Clearance is not available in some countries unless you are living there or a native resident.
