I called NVC everyday and just wanted to check the automated service before I went to bed...well we finally got our number :D

MNL ##########

In case anyone is wondering our I-130 was approved on April 26, 2006

I know there are some others within our approval date and they should be getting their case numbers also :yes:

Our CR-1 Timeline:

2005-10-14: Marriage

2005-12-31: I-130 Sent to CSC

2006-01-12: I-130 NOA1

2006-04-27: I-130 Approved

2006-05-16: NVC Case Number Assigned

2006-05-30: AOS Fee Bill and DS-3032 received by NVC

2006-05-30: AOS Fee express mailed to St. Louis

2006-06-03: E-mailed Choice of Agent

2006-06-06: Received e-mail confirmation on Choice of Agent

2006-06-12: Immigrant Visa Bill generated (DS-230)

2006-06-19: Received IV (DS-230) Fee Bill

2006-06-21: IV Fee (DS-230) express mailed to St. Louis

2006-06-21: Received I-864 package

2006-07-15: Received DS-230 Form

2006-07-26: Express mailed both DS-230 and I-864 packages to NVC

2006-09-15: Case completed

Removal of Conditions Timeline:

2009-03-02: Express mailed I-751

2009-03-03: I-751 NOA1

2009-03-11: Received Biometrics Appt. Letter

2009-03-20: Biometrics Appointment

2009-05-06: Approved

2009-05-11: Received approval letter

2009-06-20: Card production ordered

2009-07-03: Received 10-year Green Card in mail

Congrats and thanks for the news. :) We're May 2 and as of this moment, NVC has "no record" blah blah blah. :P So hopefully we'll have one soon too! In the meantime... color me jealous :P ttyl,

14 Jul 2006 - DS-230 Package Received by USC

We stopped pursuit of CR-1 to pursue K3/AOS. For us, both required the same document, we could only have one valid copy, and the K3 was moving faster.

06 Oct 2006 - Arrives in the USA! Finally home together. :)

Me too, everyday i call the NVC to check if they received my file, i know that it takes at least two weeks minimum to get the case #. Goodluck to you clovesc

06/08/2018 - Mailed Application at USPS.

06/09/2018 - Delivered at USPS P.O. Box.

06/25/2018 - Check has been cashed.

06/25/2018 - NOA1 (USPS).

03/08/2019 - Case Txt/Email Notification for activity.

03/08/2019 - Fingerprint Waived.

03/18/2019 - Letter Notification Received for Biometrics waived.

06/03/2019 - Received Biometrics appointment notice  (usps). (notice date 05/24/2019)

06/04/2019 - Sent request to reschedule biometrics appt for 1 day delivery using usps since wife is out of the country.

06/05/2019 - ASC center received request to reschedule biometrics.

07/23/2019 - We ordered your new card online status!

07/24/2019 - Case Approved online status.

07/31/2019 - Received Green Card!

Don't worry...just give them about 3 weeks and you'll have the case #.

It took us about 3 1/2 weeks to get ours...

They seem to be taking their time lately with things...maybe due to the weather conditions in NH last weekend??? Who knows why...

You will be fine-just give them some more time.
