Anything to say would be pre-mature. Infopass and go there to find out. I-130 and I-485 can be filed separately. I did it. No problems anywhere whatsoever.

Exactly. What I meant is to make them understand that there is a pending I-130 out there that needs immediate attention. Infopass is the best way to go at this point.

05/12/04 => Arrived in the US under L1 status / work visa

03/05/05 => Met the love of my life

07/02/07 => Married my wonderful USC husband

03/03/09 => Interview in Chicago, IL =>> APPROVED!

______REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS JOURNEY______________

12/03/10 => Package sent to California service center

03/02/11 => 10 YR GREEN CARD RECEIVED!!

______CITIZENSHIP JOURNEY_________________________

01/20/12 => Filed N-400 for Citizenship

06/21/12 => Citizenship interview: Approved!

07/25/12 => Oath Ceremony.. DONE WITH USCIS!!

I agree. But who should go me or my hubby??? Like I mentioned earlier my visa ran out a bit. Is it gonna be ok if I go???

05/03/2008 call to USCIS because NOA1 not received ;( Got the receipt number and was told that we cannot get replacement NOA1.

08/21/2008 request for NOA1 for I-130 to file AOS placed over the phone and forwarded to VSC. Thanks to the first great Rep at USCIS hotline

10/17/2008 Hubby`s B-day, NOA1 for I-130 finally arrives!

10/21/2008 AOS sent to Chicago lockbox

10/31/2008 NOAs for AOS received

11/06/2008 I-130 is transferred to CSC

11/20/2008 biometrics done

12/02/2008 I-130 APPROVED!!!

01/02/2009 EAD received

02/12/2009 Interview APPROVED!!!

02/17/2009 welcome letter received

02/23/2009 GC received!!! yay!!!

Well, I think I finally came to better understanding of a problem and my options. Thanks for everyone for opinions and advises.

You can both go together, or just you. I would probably go with my hubby just in case :)

Yeah, this is what I`m probably going to do. Bad they don`t have anything available till 15th and that is when my hubby going to a fefresh course ;( will have to wait....

I was doing address change a month ago through USCIS website and haven`t received any written notice... I did again 2 days ago and my I-130 was touched today! So now I`m hoping I will receive I-797 for change of address which will be a real prove that I-130 is pending.

I just wanted to share some good news because lately nothing seemed to work out.

Thanks a lot for helping me on my semms to be long journey ;)
