hello everyone/esp have the same sitaution as mine.....and those who knows about my problems..

me and my fiancee are really worried about my police certificate fr china...i went china twice the first one was i work in the restaurant as a singer...but my employer didnt get working permit we just renewed my visa evry 3months...then 6 months....my visa was L.... then cHAnge it into F visa after renewd itto 6months/.finally i went back home in the philippines last dec 2006...i went back to china again to attend chinese new year...but im not working anymore i stayed with my friends for about 4 months....i have the L visa gain after 2weeks in china i went to the police station to extend my visa for 1 month...they gave it to me...after i month i extend my visa again for 6months they give F VISA.....PLS HELP ME HOW TO SEATTLE MY POLICE CERTIFICATE,,,DO I NEED TO GO BACK AGAIN TO CHINA JUST TO GET BACK MY POLICE CLEARANCE ?OR CAN A FRIEND GET MY POLICE CERTIFICATE FR CHINA/? IS THIS POSSIBLE?

P.S. I STHAT OK IF ILL JUST GET MY POLICE CERTIFICATE FR CHINA EVEN IF MY VISA IS NOT YET ARRIVED,,,,IM JSUT BEING PREPARE COZ I KNOW IN THE NEAR FUTURE IM BADLY NEED IT...

I read it also here in VJ that you need to write a request letter to USEM ..am not really sure ..hope somebody could help you on this!

12/10/08 send AOS & EAD Packet to Chicago Lockbox

12/18/08 Cashed check

12/26/08 Rcvd NOA

01/07/09 Biometrics Appointment/Done

01/12/09 Rcvd mail TRANSFER NOTICE TO CSC (AOS)

03/10/2009 Rcvd EAD

04/20/2009 GREEN CARD RCVD!!! No interview at all!

04/21/2009 Got Driver Learners Permit

Hi Marivic,

Have you seen the following thread? It may be applicable to your case, especially information after the post of November 18, 2007. It talks about police certificates NOT being issued for L and F visas and how to deal with that situation.
