Hi guys! anybody here a computer specialist! pls. help me. my PC windows XP was attacked by trojan/worm virus and my PC not working normal mode anymore.pls. help me guys on how to remove this viruses from my computer. any help willl be appreciated.

My suggestion if it hasn't already been fixed is, download a copy of spybot sd or ad aware inducing the definition files!! Download from a clean system and stick it on a USB stick or a CD. Restart/startup the infected machine.. (just keep hitting F8 after the first bios screen) select safe mode with networking install the software, update and scan. After the scan is complete head over to housecall.trendmicro.com and run a full free system scan. Don't forget to switch off system restore, enable it again when all is clear.

If all else fails and you need to get your stuff off your, I'm assuming maybe totally unbootable computer download a live cd... like Linux, there are many flavors to be had out there to be had I personally liked the knoppix version and a modified version of BART PE I have. A Live cd won't normally install on your computer but instead run out of RAM. Start your "dead" computer with the live cd in the drive, ensure the bios boot order has been configured to allow the cd to boot first. Once your "live".. transfer your important documents, videos, mps3 etc.. to a network share, cd/dvd media or even stick in a USB drive (very cheap now) and send it all there. I wouldn't worry about installed programs, just reinstall them don't try to back em up if they are already installed.

Once that is complete find your "System Restore" or something similar disc (I'm assuming you've a dell, compaq, hp or something?), start the computer with the restore disk in the drive just as you did with the live disk and run the restore. With some luck the nasties haven't destroyed that secret wee partition where the compressed image is stored and the restore will go well and you'll be back in the land of windows in no time.. minus your documents.. which I'd recommend installing a virus scanner, AVG have a decent free scanner before putting your documents back on your computer.. Scan everything first!!.. This should help avoid containing yourself all over again.

Just recently had something very similar on my other computer here. What worked for us:

SuperAntiSpyware. Spybot and even Norton didn't catch it!
