Hi there

I have seen many members posting on this forum that they recd email for approvals. However, i just checked my I-130 form and I did not see any column where I could have provided my email address. Am I missing something ?

Please help....

10-23-2006 : fingerprinting

10-24-2006 : notice that case has moved to Vermont

05-09-2006 : Mailed I-30 (husband and son)

05-11-2006 : I-130 Received by NSC

05-11-2006 : Receipt Date

05-26-2006 : Notice Date

06-01-2006 : Check cleared

06-02-2006 : Received NOA1 in mail

06-03-2006 : touched (must be payment posted...)

10-07-2006 : approved

129F / K3

06-09-2006 : NOA1

07-31-2006 : NOA2

08-10-2006 : NVC number assigned

08-11-2006 : sent to Consulate, India

create customer portfolio. Enter the requested info, and you'll be able to keep track online. If you opt in for email updates, you'll receive an email whenever they change the status message, this includes approvals.

July 3, 2006 emailed CSC again, no response given in the allotted 60 days time frame.

July 27, 2006 received a response from CSC, another response will be given in 30 days.. ha ha ha.

October 13, 2006 Immigration Interview - Need to return with Long Form Birth Certificate

October 19, 2006 2nd Immigration Interview - APPROVED

5-20 business days for the Green Card to arrive, maybe I'll be back to see my family before Christmas?

Yes we received email because we created an account to http://www.uscis.gov. On your I-130 they don't ask for that. Just go to this web address (https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp) and create account and put your receipt number as your portfolio and wait for an email if they approved. Goodluck

06/08/2018 - Mailed Application at USPS.

06/09/2018 - Delivered at USPS P.O. Box.

06/25/2018 - Check has been cashed.

06/25/2018 - NOA1 (USPS).

03/08/2019 - Case Txt/Email Notification for activity.

03/08/2019 - Fingerprint Waived.

03/18/2019 - Letter Notification Received for Biometrics waived.

06/03/2019 - Received Biometrics appointment notice  (usps). (notice date 05/24/2019)

06/04/2019 - Sent request to reschedule biometrics appt for 1 day delivery using usps since wife is out of the country.

06/05/2019 - ASC center received request to reschedule biometrics.

07/23/2019 - We ordered your new card online status!

07/24/2019 - Case Approved online status.

07/31/2019 - Received Green Card!

Yup, we got three for each petition when they were approved. :P But for some reason we didn't receive the emails when our petitions were touched like other people here seem to. Oh well. ttyl,

We stopped pursuit of CR-1 to pursue K3/AOS. For us, both required the same document, we could only have one valid copy, and the K3 was moving faster.

My I-129F have touched total 4 times, but never got an email from them. I am just waiting for the approval email.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Thanks Guys ..that makes sense. I have made the portfolio but since I do not have any receipt number yet I cannot track it as such. Just waiting for that receipt....

Good luck and when you enter your case number it usually will email you once your approved. We were special and got 13 all in the same day. lol
