Hi there,

If you're filling the AOS packet:

I-130, I-765, I-864, I- 485, G-325A, I-131 (file this one only if you're travelling soon and have a very good excuse to leave the country, you can always file it later on)

USCIS

P.O. Box 805887

Chicago, IL 60680-4120

The instructions to where to file can be found on Page 4 of Form I-130

Best Regards

I am based in Austin, TX. Filing concurrently I-130 with I-485. Here's what I discovered from reading the instructions:

According to the instructions for form I-130, pg.4, the zip code to file in Chicago Lockbox is 60680-4107, but the instructions for form I-485, pg.5, say that the zip code is 60680-4120.

So, 4107, or 4120? Any ideas on which one is the correct address?

The instructions also say: "Important: Any Form I-130 filed at an incorrect location will be rejected"

That's why I wanted to be absolutely sure before sending anything off.

thanks!

This is sort of an old topic, but does anyone have an answer? Seekingadvice and Iskrichka have a good point here. It may not make a difference because the discrepancy is only in the +4 section of the zip code, but if anyone who successfully submitted their application to the lockbox recently could weigh in, I'd appreciate it very much.

they are different PO boxes so the +4 numbers are different.
