WE GOT APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :crying: :crying: :crying:

that's tears of joy!!! oh my gosh!!! i don't even know what the USCIS website says but last i checked yesterday afternoon, it said PENDING!!! they were just playing with me! then this morning, when i got home, there was the letter from USCIS.. and i knew it had to be my NOA2!!!!

you guys!!!!! i'm soo happy!!!!!!!!!

that touch was THE TOUCH OF ALL TOUCHES!!!!!!!!! and it was on our 7 month wedding anniversary too!!!!!

Thank you, Lord!!!!

5/13 : NOA1

7/21 : NOA2 - APPROVED!!!

NVC Timeline:

7/25 : Case # assigned

9/30 : Case completed!!!! (THANK YOU, LORD!!!)

10/03: Interview date assigned

US Embassy in Manila:

thank you, everyone! CSC is just rolling them out.. i love california!

i feel bad for the VSC filers but just hang in there, you guys! this is kinda bittersweet..

just called NVC, just in case they got my stuff already.. but of course they didnt.. hopefully next week so i can pay, etc.. #######, i'm going back to the philippines this august and will be there for 2 1/2 weeks.. this is both good and bad..

i just realized that everything will be delayed anyway since i wont even be here in the country to do anything.. ####### of all #######...

then instead of 4-6 weeks in NVC, i might be there 8 weeks due to my vacation delay... :crying: :crying: :crying:

Actually, you have a week that you will be able to hopefully take care of AOS payment and Choice of agent e-mail. Then you can watch online for the IV payment. If needed, you can take with you all documents that you need for the rest, and if needed mail everything fed ex from over there. If you prepare and do things right, your vacation should not slow anything down. :thumbs:

Jen You and I were in the same boat. Hubby too received the approval letter yesterday. System has not updated yet but Great progress nonetheless. Told you that touch meant something!!!!!
