Hey all...

After getting the expedite granted on friday. I called the CSC and the service rep told me that it was approved yesterday! I am so happy right now :dance:

Can't wait to tell hubby the great news. He's getting depressed with this deployment and this is just the thing to cheer him up. Don't give up guys....we'll all be with our loved ones soon.

Congratulations.....NVC will be a breeze if you have everything together...it is just waiting for the embassy to give you an interview date...so far its been a 5 month wait from NVC completion to Interview date at Kingston Embassy for CR-1/Ir-1 visas...hopefully by the time you complete NVC it won't be the case anymore....

06.18.2008: Case Complete (So upset that it took this long 37days)

Thank you so much guys! Wow...5 months for an interview date in Jamaica? Hubby is sending an expedite request to NVC in hopes of getting an earlier appointment. I hear that things are crazy at the Embassy these days with no clear explanation as to why. I hope they really fix it soon. 5 months is way too long for people to be waiting.
