MY husband received his receipt notices for the I 485, employment authorization and the Travel document. We are having trouble with the online account through USCIS. We set up the account, but the system dosen't seem to recognize our receipt numbers. Any thoughts on this? What we should do?

08/02/2010 - ROC Packet received

08/03/2010 - NOA notice date for I-751

08/05/2010 - Check cashed

08/07/2010 - NOA received for I-751

08/13/2010 - Biometrics appointment letter received

09/01/2010 - Biometrics taken

09/01/2010 - Case status appears online

11/08/2010 - Card production ordered

11/13/2010 - I-751 Approval Letter received

11/19/2010 - Green Card received in the mail

Citizenship

08/01/2011 - Filed for Citizenship (N-400)

08/03/2011 - N400 Packet received

08/05/2011 - Received email/text confirming application receipt

08/08/2011 - Check cashed

08/09/2011 - Biometrics notice sent

08/12/2011 - NOA received for N400

08/12/2011 - Biometrics appointment letter received

08/29/2011 - Biometrics taken

08/31/2011 - Case Status Notification: Placed in line for interview scheduling

10/11/2011 - Received yellow letter

01/11/2012 - Interview letter sent

01/17/2012 - Interview letter received

02/16/2012 - Interview & received Oath letter

03/06/2012 - Oath ceremony

03/05/05 => Met the love of my life

07/02/07 => Married my wonderful USC husband

10/03/08 => Package sent to USCIS

03/03/09 => Interview in Chicago, IL =>> APPROVED!

______REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS JOURNEY______________

12/03/10 => Package sent to California service center

03/02/11 => 10 YR GREEN CARD RECEIVED!!

______CITIZENSHIP JOURNEY_________________________

01/20/12 => Filed N-400 for Citizenship

06/21/12 => Citizenship interview: Approved!

07/25/12 => Oath Ceremony.. DONE WITH USCIS!!

you will be fine, as long as you have the receipt #.

Until now, I still cant check my status online but everything is going fine !! I got my interview appt as well !

AOS NOA: 1/26/2008

Biometrics: 3/4/2008

nth nth nth ..........

Interview: 8/22/2008

Yep, that happens. USCIS claims it is overwhelmed & can't keep up with the website updates

It took only a few weeks for them to update our information in the system. They will get around to updating your data, just keep trying those receipt numbers every so often, that's what we did, and then one day it worked, just as they said it would. Patience, something I was never blessed with, but this process has forced me to work on a huge character flaw of mine. And beside, what else can you do except be patient? Kind regards-Pach
