hi guys my wife will be getting her pack 3 in a couple days and i wanted to know wish Affidavit of Support form should i use for her interview I-134,I-864 or I 864EZ and do i need another seperate one for her son

Separate notarized I-134s plus copies of tax returns also.

Hey K, I think because it is a K-visa you only need to fill out and submit the I-134 and include her son on the same form in the section that asks for others accompanying the beneficiary.

Also best to supply supporting documents such as bank statements, COE or letter of employment and most recent paystubs should the embassy request for further evidence. Just in case. Best to play it safe.
