Ongoing Relationship...

I am preparing the packet to send my finacee to take to her interview. Original and copy of I-129F, I-134s and supporting financial statements, original and copy of NOAs and evidene of our ongoing relationship. For evidence, I am sending several chats, emails, phone bill receipts, snail mail greeting cards and western union receipts for money I have sent her for various reasons. Do I need to make copies of all this evidence also? As far as I'm concerned, they can keep it all except for the greeting cards.

You should retain copies in case they're lost. Think about it; you would have no evidence in that case......

I have all our chats and emails on disk. I'll make copies of the phone bills. My fiancee has all the greeting cards and snail mails I sent her. If worse comes to worse, perhaps this will be enough? We'll only be out the greeting cards she sent me and the western union receipts.

I would take copies, in case the USCIS loses anything....this has happened before, more often than is good!

I would print some of those chats and emails from the disk. Don't expect the CO to pop that in the computer and view them during the interview (or keep the disc with the file for later reference).
