Got and RFE how long will the mail arrived from USCIS

Hello everybody i'm a newbie here. I just feel so bad afetr waiting more than 4 months. i'm a march filer. we followed everything that said on Visajourney checklist but still we got and RFE. I checked my status at USCIS last sunday july 20,2008 it was said that on July 19,2008 they sent us REquest for additonal Evidence and until now my fiance haven't received that notice they sent. how long will it take for my fiance to received that notice we've been waiting for 5 days now and my fiance lives in Yakima,Washington.hope anybody/anyone can answer my question.Thank you and i'm so happy for those march filers that receievd their approval. pls pray for us. thank you and God bless everyone.

hi... i just had an rfe..got the email July 22..and I recieved the letter today.. and I send it back to them today also..had it express mailed!!! I live in Los Angeles which is only approx 1 hr away from Laguna Niguel!! I think it depends on how fast the postal service is!! anyway, i really dont know how long it would take them to process it..but i'm hoping my case would be back on track!! my fellow feb filer told me "sometimes" it could take only days then they get the NOA2..I'm really hoping he's right!!! anyway, good luck to all of us who are still waiting for the good news!!

I didn't lose hope. i just feel abd that it took 5 days and until now we haven't received they mail yet we wanted to give back what they are requesting from us. can i ask why did u got an RFE? coz we didn't know yet what we are alcking or what they ask from us.thanks

hi there...i feel bad too.. can't sleep, can't work well..hehehe!! anyway, we got an RFE coz i didn't include his annullment papers from court! ( i know..it's stupid mistake.).i only submitted the one from NSO coz i thought it is the " official " doc that they want! But i was wrong! anyway, all i have to do now is pray hard and hope i did everything right this time..i just sent it today..just as soon i checked our mail box! Well, lets just wait for their reply! i'm a regular here anyway, i'll post something as soon as i hear from them!!! good luck to u and your fiance!

hmmm...hmmm...oh well,,well....i'm happy..happy..hehe USCIS gave us wrong info at their website while checking our status..we didn't get an RFE intead we got our NOA2..God is so good...gudluck everyone

Hi again Meljesca,

I was just checking Igor's List (because I am still trying to break that addiction) and noticed that you are still in the "waiting for NOA2" area.

You haven't updated your timeline yet to show that you have received your NOA2 status. You must not have been like I was. I checked that list about 5 times per day before our approval.

Just thought I'd remind you.
