I am the sponsor and it says that I and my co-sponsor have to not only fill out the I-134, but also form of-168. I wrote to the embassy my fiance will be going to and they responded back by saying I could find that form in my fiance's packet. How am I suppose to fill out the form if it is in my fiance's packet and he is 5600 miles away? Can anyone help me out please ASAP? Thanx!

Typically all forms sent to beneficiary are filled out by the beneficiary. Only form needed from US citizen petitioner is I-134 which can be downloaded from USCIS.gov

Have your fiancee scan it and email or fax it to you.

OF-Forms tend to be a consulate thing.

One last note you are NOT dealing with the US Embassy in Canada, that is in Ottawa, you are dealing with the US consulate, either the one in Montreal or Vancouver.

I am dealing with the Vancouver consulate which I have known for some time now. I emailed them and they said for me to fill out my I-134 and the OF-168 form. They emailed me the form so I can print it out and fill it out and send it back in. I found the I-134 with no problem and that is already done. I didn't say anything about the consulate in Ottawa :/

You stated "EMBASSY" in your original post, that is in Ottawa, in any country, there is only one US Embassy, it is always in the country's national capital, in the case of Canada that is Ottawa, all other locations are US CONSULATES. Edited by YuAndDan
