hi i was just wondering if any one could help!!

i want to go to usa for christmas! and goign by current timelines my k1 pettion should be approved by end of november...

my question is ... is there a timelimit to how long you can wait before you send back packet 3 and sort out interview etc ??/

cus i will not be back in UK till jan so i would want interveiw around start of feb time ??

any one form the UK that could help would be grest

Depends on consulate most will hold the case for up to 1 year.

Received Approval: 07-11-2008 (Wife's category is IR1)

IV Process - DCF

GUZ sent P-3: 07-08-2008

P-3 received: 07-11-2008

P-3 Forms submitted: 10-23-2008

The OP is K-1, so NO I-130, and I-129F is valid for 4 months after approval, it is up to the consulate to extend the approval.
