From what I've seen it looks like nursing is no longer an "easy" way to get the chance to get to the US.

What careers do you think it would best to get your younger relatives in the Philippines started on that may give them a chance to get to the US or Canada?

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

computer industry; mathematics & physical science; architectural engineering & surveying; medicine & health; life science; law & jurisprudence; commercial arts; education, museum, library & archival sciences; entertainment & recreation; administrative specialization‘s; managers & officials; fashion models; etc.

Does anyone know about the process to get a Filipino Teaching Degree recognized in the USA, after moving here?
Teaching is a state by state thing, many states require the teacher to get a teaching certificate if teaching at the elementary to high-school level. I know NY requires a Master's degree, and a teaching certificate issued by NYS. Edited by YuAndDan

Retrogression for Nurses stared in 2007.

The USCIS will not let allow any new forgein trained nurses to enter the USA on a work visa for 4 more years.
