Hi to all!

If you attended the CFO Seminar in Cebu, given by the Sisters ...What items did they require you to bring (documents)?

Their website only says to bring some basic things such as passport, photos, ID, etc..but when I talked to a representative there- he said I must bring a copy of my Petitioner's Passport, his Divorce Decree, pictures together, letters between us, etc.

Did you guys bring all these documents? Pls help

Thanks and God Bless!!!

FILING FOR LIFTING OF CONDITION

I had my CFO Seminar yesterday in Cebu.

At St. Mary's, they asked me the following:

Photocopies of our Passports

Photocopies of our Visas (K1/K2)

The Counselor asked me the same questions that I had answered on the form but expounded more on the reasons for my annulment and his divorce. It was more like a discussion on the topics of annulment and divorce wherein the counselor was the host and I was the psychologist being interviewed. :P

She asked for pics of my fiance and me, pics of my children and me. I was out in less than 10 minutes.

I did bring with me divorce documents, annulment and other supporting docs just in case I would be asked of them.

I heard that one very young lady there was grilled.

At the CFO, they just asked me of photocopies of our passports, visa and passport-size pics and of course the payment of P400 x 3=P1,200 . . .ouchhhhh..

yes, bring all that stuff and then they will tell you how bad foreign men are. and then they will reach their hands out and take the money your foreign fiance/spouse gave you for the seminar.

it really sucks that we have to pay them so they can try to scare you girls and tell you how bad foreign men are. I know that some relationships turn out bad, but there has to be a better way to educate, then to take our money and scare the girls...
