Yep. That's what I thought.

This was a guy I used to work with, who had been working on tanker ships for 15 years. Had a lot of bad health-related stories - even managed to get crabs from the sheets in an Egyptian hotel. Apparently... ;)

Normal is what's normal for YOU... it's different depending on what you had to eat, how much iron you take in in your food (makes it darker), whether you eat a lot of fat or processed food or vegetables. And so on. There's no such thing as a 'perfect sample' and there's no point whatsoever in worrying about it!

I'm sure people have plenty of more important things to obsess on...
