I went there Monday afternoon at 1. I was done at 5:30. The building would be too crowded in the morning, lots of patients.

Was in St Lukes Wednesday at 12noon started right away, no hassle, was the only one during the checking of names, picture taking and paying at cashier...very smooth!!! done at 4:30...
