Maybe I'm crazy...but I feel like a lot of people have a touch every week, sometimes more!

We have only had one since we mailed in our application (I-130 and later I129f) and still only one touch back in May!

I'm almost a little worried that something is wrong....or can it happen that your applications can get approved with barely any touches? Wishful thinking I guess...

Also, any idea on after sending in I-130, received NOA1, then sending in I-129f....how long until NOA1 for that? We haven't heard a thing....

Thanks guys!!!!

I sent in I-129F 12 days ago, got the post office return receipt with USCIS stamp dated 07-14-08, but no NOA1 yet. Got my NOA1 for my I-130 from Chicago within 8 days of sending it. I too am worried. How come some people have timelines that specify receiving their NOAs then receiving their actual hard copy on a later date? Is it possible to find out if NOA has been generated before it comes in the mail?

You can definitely be approved with absolutely no touches. I was approved and the only touch i received was for a name change in our petition. So don't be concerned if you are not getting touches. It might be a good thing. Think of those who have been touched and then months later, still no approval. I wouldn't want to go through that.
