iam sending I751 and i wanna make copies for bank statements as proofs ,as you all know there are couple pages in every bank statements,do i have to copy all of the pages or just the front of the statements?? thanks

when i got my CGC i sued to live in Orlando,after 3 months i moved to this address where i live now(Tampa) and i changed my address with USCIS AR-11 and so did my sponsor,i will be sending off my I751 package august 6th and thats the same day that my lease is up i will be moving to the previous address where i got my CGC(Orlando) ,should put down the next address that i will be moving to on the form(Orlando) or this current one where i live now(Tampa)??? and if i put the address that i will be moving too on the form(Orlando) ,should i attach a list of my previuos address (Tampa) like the question says on the form,have you resided at any other address since you became a permanant resident (if yes attach a list and date of the address) should attach a list saying that i lived in Tampa??
