Help!! has that happened before to anyone here? i was attempting to log in and got a message saying the info was incorrect but it was correct i re entry and the same message and then at my third it blocked me!!!

well im not blocked but i can not access my case and i can not long in it says wrong info on all of it even wrong log in name or password

dont know what is going on but maybe this why my case taken so long cuz they cant do anything right :angry:

I think they are having a major problem- I tried checking with my online account and by entering the case number- neither worked! Blah!

Yep, I think its universal. Mine is saying my login is incorrect too, but since its automatically filled in by my browser and has worked countless times before, I know its not true. Maybe the systems are down so they can update them with all of our approvals! :D ...hey, I can dream, can't I?
