WHILE WAITING FOR THE INTERVIEW PACKETS YOU CAN INQUIRE AT NVC TO GET PROJECTED DATE OF INTERVIEW

i shared this to anyone who completed there case what i did is i emailed NVC using the email, thats where i got my interview date

nvc format:

My case was complete July 16. They only set up interview dates during the second week of the month. So I just missed it. So the next time they will be setting up interview dates is the second week of August for interviews in September.

I am hoping that they set mine up early, because I am following both routes, K3 and CR1. I already have a K3 interview set for August 14th. If our file gets sent to the embassy before the interview, it will be changed to a CR1 interview. But if not, me and my wife will have to return to Buenos Aires for the CR1 interview sometime in September.

I did call them and they said that they will not send the file until after they schedule the interview. So right now I am praying they set mine up early.

My case was completed on July 11th when i called on the 18th the operator toled me unfortunatly we could't schedule interview date for agust we assign interview dates on the begning of the first 2 weeks of the month, and then i asked do i have chance for a date in september then he responded : NVC can't guarantee any dates, he was little un friendly.

Yeah, I guess so. Looking at the timeline records for Montreal it used to be a lot worse! Actually, a guy who had his case complete ONE DAY before me got an interview scheduled for the end of August. I guess my RFE docs were a day late (and a dollar short?) for the cutoff. Now they say I have to wait until August when they schedule again and hopefully I should get one in September. Although last month it looks like they scheduled many around the 26th according to timelines so I'm hoping today or tomorrow MAYBE I'll hear something. If not, August is only a week away. After as long as we've waited altogether now (53 weeks), a couple weeks doesn't seem so long anymore.

Well that doesn't seem right because when I called on 7/9 and I asked about interviews, they told me there was pently still left. You should have been scheduled something since you were complete on 7/11 - humm....

Congratulations! Well after reading this (and after reading about all the Canada dates that got scheduled this time last month) I decided to call this afternoon and we have our date scheduled today as well! Sept. 9th Time to celebrate! Finally the end is in sight!

My interview date was also scheduled today!!!

This is great news for me, because they said that they will be sending my file to Buenos Aires any day now.

They scheduled it for September 23rd. But my wife has a K3 interview on August 14th. And as long as my file reaches the embassy before that date, the K3 interview will be changed to a CR1 interview. So it looks like I will be good to go on August 14th for the CR1 interview!!!!
