Well when I called them before and asked about it they didn't gave an answer and just told me to wait for the interview, but at least sinabi nila kung kelan dumating sa mga kamay nila ang documents. SO , from that you'll have an idea if tapos na DV mo by the time of your interview or not pa.

somebody told me 14 working days...i paid mine june 16 and my interview was july 9..i got a pink slip! good luck!

I got the same question before but when I called DELBROS they just told me to just use their SMS inquiry and online tracking. I did not bother to call NSO further but it's up to you if you want to update it, however I don't think it makes the document verification fast, it stays the way whatever follow up we do (just an opinion). I paid DELBROS delivery fee and document verification fee the day of my interview and I guess paying early on doesn't matter at all, unless you paid 2-3 months in advance.

However, this is my timeline and thought it will help to give an idea.

Timeline for my VISA delivery from the date of interview and payment:

JUNE 12- Interview date

JUNE 12- paid DELBROS for shipping and DOCUMENT VERIFICATION

JULY 2- VISA released by USEM (I think this is when it was verified)

JULY 9, 8:00 am- DELBROS SMS INQUIRY, saying "Visa in transit"

JULY 9, AROUND 11:00 am- VISA delivered!

Note that the address I gave to deliver the VISA packet is provincial address so it could take less days if you're coming from Manila.

ate kc ganito ung case ko......pay ako ng doc ver last june 17 i textd them (delbros) i got an answer from with the same date (THis is to acknowledge the deposit you made. we confirm your payment to the doc ver as required by the embassy) then another one from them (delbros successfully recieved the information you sent. we will send u a txt confirmaation after we verify your payemnt. ty) so as for me ok na to. then after my interview july 9 got my pink slip and white slip. one week after the interview nag tataka ako kc wla pa visa ko yong mga kasamahan na nag pa interview on that said date thy alridy have thier visa and iba my notice na recieve, bat yong akin wla pa? so i started to worry aboit it na. one of this girl her in vh nag bigay sa akin ng text hotline ng delbros to follow up my case so kahapon na found out ko or kng hindi ko pa na txt ang delbros bout my doc ver hindi ko pa malalaman na ung doc ver hindi pa pala nila na forward sa NSO so i was upset kc nga im expecting na that my papers is alridy done to NSO whick is june 17 pa ako nag pay and na verify sa kanila about it. so i aks them again the delbros kng kailan ba talaga or how long will it takes sa NSO ang doc ver so sabi sa akin sa txt hotline nila it take 1-4 weeks....nkaka inis lng kc talaga un, pano if that will be the cause of my delay ng visa ko wat if un nlng pala hinihintay ng embassy to get my visa....very sad experience, very confusing, nakakiinis, mixed emotions na dito. hindi ko alam kng magagalit ako or hihintayin ko nlang uli and papers.....or let it be nalang
