Hi

When I try to update my Timeline with MY ASSISTANT it says that I can not have 2 timelines. What am I doing wrong?

2008-04-00: I found out that I was pregnant in April!!

Touched ---: May 07/2008; August 07,09,11,12,22,25,26/2008

2008-08-22: I-130 NOA2 (Thank God)

2008-08-30: Received NOA2 in the mail

09-08-2008: DS-3032 SUBMITTED by EMAIL

09-08-2008: DS-3032 & AOS BILL GENERATED

My petition has been in 3 states (1, twice) in 9 months!

Rec'd by CSC 8/9, touched 8/11, 8/12, 8/15, 8/20, 8/25

Approved Tuesday, 25-August-2008

10 months since we mailed the petition

Rec'd NVC 9/3, Invoice Generated 9/10, DS-3032 emailed 9/11.

Rec'd AOS invoice 9/15, paid online 9/15, Accepted as Paid 9/18, mailed I-864EZ 9/19

IV Invoiced 9/18, paid online 9/19, Accepted as paid 9/22

When I try to update my Timeline with MY ASSISTANT it says that I can not have 2 timelines. What am I doing wrong?

I had the same problem. It means that you are entering the wrong email address. You have to use the same email address you used when you created the Timeline. Even if your email changes (to log in), your timeline still uses the old one. I changed my login email address, but the timeline still uses the old one.

They give you a hint right above the login box on the Timeline page. It says: "your login email looks like: .........."

That's the email you need to enter to access your timeline.
