I have mailed it to:

National Visa Center

Attn. CMR

32 Rochester Avenue

Portsmouth, NH 038012909

When I received my first RFE it said to send to:

Attn. DR

Will it be an issue if I already sent it as Attn. CMR

I have mailed the docs to the given address in the envelop, so mail it to the address given, this is the address which i mailed to, my DS 230 RFE

I think that is kind of hard to say. We don't really know how they sort the mail at NVC, at least I have never seen any information on it. Regardless, I think it will eventually get to the correct department.

My DS 230 was received By NC on 7-21, and it was to mailed to Attn: Dr. and I would say NVC might have a different dept handling the RFE and I would mail still mail it ATTN Dr, as NVC knows better as they have provided us with that address .

thanks

If u send it via fedex/dhl u can actually track it and basically u'll know the name of the person from NVC who receives it. No worries, it will certainly reach NVC. Give 1-2 weeks to get a case complete. Good luck guys!

I sent the DS-230 RFE with the bar code coversheet saying attn CMR instead of DR. Will this cause a delay? On the bottom I still did put (checklist letter response)

No. But what we did was..sending that barcode coversheet ( first RFE)back to NVC by writing CMR with the black ink. A lady at NVC told us that we didn't have to wait if we already had support documents and DS-230. Our case was completed in 6 days after we sent the packet away..
