Annual. Hourly doesn't tell you much -- if he only works part-time even if he has a good hourly rate, he might not make enough.

If the letter indicates the job is full time, the hourly rate will be just fine. They can also see the annual income on the tax returns as verification.

Thank you pushbrk for the clarification.

Yes, it is indicated in the employment letter that he work full time and that his connected with the company since 1994 till the present. I also got all of his W2's and ITR for the last 3 years.

Hope I will be fine for my interview.....I am starting to be nervous as the days passing so quickly.

Anyway, thanks....

It's not important whether or not the letter shows his hourly rate, or annual rate. The employement certificate is just proof that he is currently emplyed. The most important thing is the AOS (affidavit of Support) that has been notarized, his recent ITRs ( Income tax returns), and W-2s. Also if you can secure a copy of his bank statements to show the consul. I also advice you to open a joint account at a local bank, as proof that you share financial property together. As additional proof of your relationship. Hope I helped you. Just finished my interview and now waiting anxiusly for my Visa. :bonk:

hI BEEN TRAVELLING THIS FEW DAYS AFTER I ARRIVED HERE WAS NOT ABLE TO RESPOND TO YTOU QUICKLY, FOR YOUR HUSBAND EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATE, WITH YEARLY RATE INCOME IS BETTER TO UNDERSTAND SINCE POVERTY LEVEL CAN EASILY CHECK BY THAT, CHECK IT OUT IN HIS W2'S.

GOODLUCK MUAHH!! :-)
