ahhhhhh! Help please

Hello friends,

I am now assembling my wife's AOS package. She came in on a K-1 Fiance Visa. Do I include the I-130 with the AOS Package??? I think so.... And,... do I (the US citizen) need to submit a G-325A for MYSELF in this AOS package? I thought I only needed to submit my foreign wife's G-325A?

K1's dont need to send in the I-130 with their AOS. Only the Non-Usc needs to submit G-325A this time around

If you're adjusting from a K-1 status then the I-130 is not required. The G-325A is only needed for the non-USC.

Also, you probably already know this, but just in case; make sure you submit all 4 pages of the G-325A.
