Went to INfopass again today, Had to wait longer after seeing 1st officer.. we stayed there from 8:45 to 2:00 because they forgot about us .

after a long wait an officer came with our name .. took us to her office .. she said name check is not a issue now because its been over 180 days but we can not approve case yet it needs review and we can not tell how long it will take... so if u dont hear any thing in 30 days you are welcome to come back and check again.

WHat should we do?

How to find who is our senator?

You can use google and find your senator in your area. I believe too many cases are coming up like this. My case is under review as well and we have been waiting since Feb 07 to hear something. Senators and congressmen didn't do anything. i have written to the ombudsman to see if they can do anything. When were you interviewed?

Wait for 30 days, be patient and keep making inform pass. It took me 9 months for my case to be reviewed, in the third time we made the inform pass, the officer called us in his office and review my file and approved it right away... They are just so busy and do not have time to review your case, please keep reminding them by inform pass until they do their job. Good luck to you.
