We received a RFE for I-693 although we submitted the ds-3025 with our paperwork(it is not a year old yet). So after reading here I am really confused b/c I thought that the ds-3025 was acceptable. So my understanding is that I have 3 choices now..

1. To resend the Ds-3025 and assume that they misplaced or did not receive the first one in the AOS packet

2. To have another medical done all together here in the states

3. To try to find a civil surgeon that will convert the info from the Ds-3025 to the I-693 for a fairly cheap price

Please help me guys.....

AOS---Mailed 6/6/2008

Check cashed---6/16/2008

Noa's received--6/18/2008 (date of 6/13/2008)

Biometrics appt--7/9/2008

EAD(Card production ordered )--(October 2, 2008)

EAD Recieved--10/10/2008

I would do 3. To try to find a civil surgeon that will convert the info from the Ds-3025 to the I-693 for a fairly cheap price.That is what they are asking for.

The doctor should only charge around 20-25 dollars to transfer this info to the I-693
