Montreal Consulate sent me the wrong packet, then when you phone they tell you to email but they never respond to you emails. So right now I am sitting on my A** waiting for a email that probably will never come or another Packet with the proper forms.

Isn't life wonderful, looks like another month or so delay, can't get a straight answer from the operator. Waited 45 mins, lady was rude and not very helpful at all.

Feb. 15/ 07 --- GC approved

Nov. 17/09 -- I-751 sent (Day 1)

I'm sorry it's not going well for you at the moment. Hopefully, they'll answer your email soon. I emailed them a couple of weeks ago, and they sent me a reply the next day. It was a short one sentence reply but still a reply.

We emailed Montreal last week and got a response the next day... not the response we were hoping for, but a response all the same.

23 Jan 2007 - NOA for EAD & AOS

2 Feb 2007 - NOA for AP

Wrong A# printed on my visa, find out I have 2 A#s (both different from # on visa), case sent to storage before green card was made...

29 Dec 2007 - Green Card Received!

K-1 Visa Part II (uh oh)

30 Aug 2008 - Second Packet 3 received (umm?)

12 Feb 2009 - Montreal requests copy of green card to close file (sent)

24 Apr 2009 - CRIS notice saying my case is being reviewed. (eek!?)

Take a deep breath. Be patient. You've done everything possible. Except open a beer, go to a movie, get a pedicure. Things will sort themselves out, so treat yourself well in the meantime.
