Please any help will be fine My "wife" has been nothing but a headache for me ever since she got here i wasted a year of my life and money for her to be here and she just seems to not get it(whatever thats besides the fact!!!)

this is the problem

we are no longer together she is staying here in the states in a friends house she is having a hard time understanding that she has to go,

i can no longer care for her economically and emotionally, i can not be with here or forgive her for what she has done i really need here to go because she is not mentally stable and this is not a lie, she came on a k3 visa what can i do go about this if she does not want to leave voluntary

She's legal to stay in the USA for two years. As your wife, she has access to divorce proceedings in the US. Unless you have grounds to have her deported, ("Not getting it" wouldn't qualify as grounds.) She may even successfully claim abuse and adjust status to permanent resident on her own. The divorce court will tell you what your support obligations are.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

I did not get married here i got married in mexico so can we still get divorced here or there

Divorces are filed in the current place of residence regardless of where the marriage took place.
