How long until we should receive our NOA1 for filing the I-129f? We filed it middle of June. Still haven't received anything!

We mailed this in conjunction with the I-130 basically to see which process is approved quicker.

Any help?!?! I'm a little worried....

Has they cashed your check yet? If they have you can get a copy of the cancelled check from your bank and see what is the receipt #s they assigned your petitions. If can't get a copy of it or if it's not legible, then you can call the USCIS so they can give them to you over the phone. If they haven't cashed the check there isn't much you can do until they do so.

We actually sent in the I-130 first, and received a NOA1 for that, and they were obviously saying "thank you for your payment, etc." About a month later we sent in the I-129f in conjunction with the I-130, basically to see which one gets approved faster. This is the typical process, you do not pay for the I-129f within the K3 visa ordeal. But still no NOA1?!?!? I thought we would at least get something now (over a month later) saying "thanks we got your stuff, working on it!"

I'm so worried this is going to take a lot longer than I expected...I haven't heard anything, no touches since May 5/08....how do you even know when they should be working on your visa application anyways? I checked the USCIS web site, but it's a little confusing in regards to the dates....

The process is VERY LONG as far as Vermont Service Center state they are NOW processing September of 2007 applications and January of 2008 I-129f.

Get ready, it is a LONG wait to get out of the USCIS, my guess is to get my I130 moving it will take me till maybe another 7 months

Look around at people time lines, everyone is playing the waiting game
