Lopez was caught then and Jaramillo was found two days later by police later hiding out in a local house, thanks to a tip.

Both men who were arrested in the crime are illegal aliens who had been deported earlier. Police are investigating their possible connection with other crimes and whether drinking was involved in this hit and run.

Since unlicensed drivers involved in fatal crashes may be deported, they are highly motivated not to be caught. As California Highway Patrol spokesman Steve Kohler remarked, someone who runs from an accident is "a person who may feel like they have nothing to lose." Actually it has a lot to do with it because you are jumping onto your usual crusader bandwagon yet ignoring the fact that she initially endangered her babies life by driving carelessly. I am sure is she was in wreck and killed the baby then you would have nothing to say about it.

PS I also raised the question that are these people's deaths, at the hand of I F U K I N L L E G A L S less relevant than some ugly troll having her ankle handcuffed. Yes or No??
