I think Jan & Feb filler should get some thing in July or August, because on july 15 they move two months ( July 3, 2007 to September 3, 2007 ) on process date so I think they are working on files now.

I am also a february filler ( lol see my username ) and I am still waiting....waiting....waiting.....for the world to change...

we are all in the same boat.

dont get discouraged when you see some few march or february pple get approved, those are special cases and most of them filed for expedites..

expect the worst like getting approved by Sept or october, this way and with god's willing, if you get approved by next month then it will be something it will feel like VSC has made special treatment to our cases ....hahahah thank you to all february fillers....

I filed I-130 in FEB and I-129F in March. I got the I-129F approved through expedite. But from my conversations with the VSC immigration officers it appears that floodgate of approvals are just around the corner even for non-expedite petitions. So hang in there and as I always say, practice patience patience and patience :star:

Waitingforwifey, I hope u r right. Usually things slow down during summer months (as people take summer vacations) Hopefully everyone will get approved soon. Good luck all.

VSC received my I-130 on 1/23/08

NOA 1 assigned on 2/13/08

Touched 2/24/08

Nothing since then and it sucks. But, I just pray to God that soon we all will start gettting approvals. But VSC is teaching all patients wither we like it or not. But, once you get done with VSC we have to deal with the NVC next. It is short but adds more time. Once they get done with you there you then can think about an interview. I don't think I will have my wife here until like Febuary and that sucks. My son's wife will have already had her baby and our anniversary will have already past.

I married my love on 12/24/07

I filed for the I 130 on 1/23/08

My cousin filed in Feb and he was the one that was also stuck in the last touch of 2/24. He got an update on his file yesterday and it said they sent him an RFE. So it looks like VSC might actually be working on those files that are stuck on that 2/24 date. Good luck!

The separation is becoming very hard. I have patiently waited for over 5 months and I know many have waited more but this is becoming torturous.
