K1 approved with pending immigrant visa application

I had an employer who is located in california who filed I-140 for me before and because of retrogression in nurses it was still pending and no visa available. My fiance filed a K1 visa for me and was approved.

My question is about the DS-156 #36:

HAS ANYONE EVER FILED AN IMMIGRANT VISA PETITION ON YOUR BEHALF? (IF YES,WHO?) what do i need to write in this part since my fiance doesnt want to relocate in california i decided to cancel my immigrant petition once i arrive in vegas. :unsure:

You gave the answer in paragraph one above. Answer "yes" and indicate the person or company name etc. This is really a no brainer. Answering "no" would be a material misrepresentation that could ban you from entering the US.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
