SLEC medical exam

anyone knws how long it takes to get a result (medical exam) from SLEC? i will have an interview this coming august 15, 2008 and i'm planning to have my medical exam by monday ( aug. 11, 2008) or tuesday (aug. 12, 2008).

Normally, it takes 2 days for everything to get done.

It is recommended that you should get done with your medical 1 week before the interview. Take note that SELC forwards your passport and medical documents to USEM so it must be there before your interview date.

gastos n kc masyado kung "one week before the interview" pa magpapa medical coz its either i have to stay in manila for almost 2 weeks or i'll go back to back davao and back again in manila for my interview..so we decided to do it in one week for my medical and interview..

my mama will accompany me in manila

may i siggest you do it ng mas maaga, it will take 2 days alright.. but just to make sure you know.. atleast hindi ka aabala sa interview date mo and wala kana iniisip.. that is if you are just close in manila area..

Mao jud pirte ka gastos!!!! one week ra man sad ako oi..ok ra na as long as ok ra man kaha so far ang medical history nimo? ako pa nimo ayaw nalang kuyuga imo mama sa SLEC kay pastilan luoy ayu magtagad tagad. Kaya na nimo na sa SLEC ikaw ra usa...heheheh. BIG GIRLS DON'T CRY!!

Yeah you will get the result the day after, but it's the SLEC that will forward your passport and medical exam results to USEM. Nobody knows how long it would take for the results to reach USEM. To be safe, make it a week prior to the interview. Goodluck!

i'm from davao city. gastos n kc masydo if ever i'll do an early medical exam. heheh!

yeah..gastos jud kaayo..mahal man gud pamasahe s eroplano,hehe! as far as my medical history's concern, ok lng man.actually wla p gani ko n admit s hospital since nk matngon ko og buot.heheh! anyway, about s ako mama, gipa uban nko kay mahadlok man gud ko ma2log kung ako lng isa og dili sad ko gnahan n wla ko kasabay mukaon.

Yeah agree with them do it a week before interview date because you will have enough time to address problem if there's something you need to fix. Your mom would not be allow to enter the clinic so I suggest she should stay in the hotel and wait for you there.

THE PERSON WE TALKED TO AT THE CALL CENTER WHEN WE SET AN APPOINTMENT TOLD US TO GET THE MEDICAL ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE INTERVIEW DATE. ANYWAY, WHEN I HAD THE FIRST DAY OF THE MEDICAL YESTERDAY (JULY 21), I MET SOME FILIPINAS WHOSE THEIR INTERVIEW SCHED IS WED (JULY 23) AND FRIDAY (JULY 25).

i JUST HOPE THAT EVERYTHING GOES FINE WITH THE MEDICAL AND SLEC CAN FORWARD THE RESULT TO USEM ASAP. WHEN I HAD MY MEDICAL YESTERDAY, THE GUARD MARKED MY ORIGINAL APPT. LETTER AND THE ORIGINAL LETTER FROM THE EMBASSY. I JUST THOUGHT THAT THEY DID IT SO WE CAN PRESENT IT TO THE USEM DURING OUR INTERVIEW, A PROOF THAT WE ALREADY HAD OUR MEDICAL. ANYWAY, YOU WILL ALSO HAVE YOUR VACCINE SHEETS WITH YOU, A PROOF ALSO THAT U HAD YOUR MEDICAL.

I agree with vida, ayaw nalang sa ubana imong mama kay luoy man maghulat siya sa gawas sa SLEC... there are times makasulod ang kauban but kasagaran dili jud nila pasudlon basta dili apil sa magpamedical, the guard will check the appointment letter or USEM letter man gud, pde pa siguro kalusot sa first day but on the second day, mas lisod ilusot kay naa naman tong mga resibo and everything. isave nalang and plane fare sa imong mama para inig lakaw na jud nimo, paubana imo mama and papa maghatod sa imo sa manila. just a thought lang.

Ok ra man siguro 11-12 imong medical pero better unta jud if at least one week before interview mahuman na imong medical para naa leeway in case naa probs and also para mas sure jud na naa na sa USEM imong medical result and passport on the day of your interview. ngita nalang mura lang na stayhan didto, among gistayhan sa kids kay 1,300 ra to per night pero room accomodation lang, walay breakfast, namalit ra mi naka-cartoon na breakfast combo meals sa 7/11 kay tag 39pesos ra man.
