I have a few questions regarding the DS-156.

Questions 32/33, "Do you intend to work/study in the US?"

At some point in the future, yes, my fiancee intends to work. However, the question wants a name and address of an employer/school, which does not exist at this time because she doesn't live here and has not applied anywhere. I could simply enter that the employer/school is unknown, but I don't want the embassy rejecting the form as not being filled out properly. Conversely, what are the consequences of marking "No" to both and then seeking work and school after being issued the visa and arriving in the US?

Question 34, "Names and relationships of persons traveling with you"

I assume this refers only to other foreign residents on the same visa petition, but I want to be sure. Should I list myself as we intend to travel together (provided we receive the visa within a few days of the interview)?

As to work and study - I put YES to both and for details put "unknown at this time".

And I'm pretty sure I didn't list Mike as the person travelling with me cause he's a USC, although we were flying together and he was present at the interview.
