I'm filling out the form using the example on this site and Section D question 1 is left blank. If one makes over 125% of the poverty line, should that box be marked or left blank as the example shows?

if you make over the poverty line then you're not subject to it so you should leave it blank...

I've just talk to the immigration guys and they said that you shoul mark the first one if the sponsor was not in the army

your subject to the 125%................. if the person who is sponsoring was not in the army

they want to know in which category are you: the 125% or the 100%
