It took them OVER 2 months at one stretch for an updated time frame ... a couple months ago!

I have noticed that for the K1 visa's they have shown the processing date as the 18th October and yet there have been approvals for November applications. I am only hoping that that is the same for the IR-1's because the processing date is still!!!! the 18th July and our papers went in on the 2nd Sept,

As normal,. hoping we all see something soon, but don't hold one's breath

At vsc they show 12/10 but they have approved tons that were rec'd in January

I swear those dates are to keep people like me from calling(b/c technically you can't start an investigation until 30 days past the current processing times).

They do what ever the hell they want. There is no logic to their methods.

The CSC has updated their times near the end of the month, the last two months. The processing times for K-1 jumped from Aug to Oct at the end of December, but then didn't change when they updated at the end of January, even though there have been NOA2's given for several Nov applications.

There is no rhyme or reason... after all... it's the Government!

i agree. extremely frustrating wait. doesn't help to have friends asking every single day what is going on. or having to fend off my employer hiring my replacement!
