I'm petitioning my Fiance and daughter from the Philippines. My income is below the poverty line and therefore we need a Co-Sponsor.

1. Question:

Does the Co-Sponsor have to include me(Petitioner) in the income requirements?

I mean: for 3 people,My fiance, daughter and myself The Poverty Guideline is $22.000! So when it comes to the CoSponsor, does he also go by this? Or is it 4 people(+myself), which would be

$26.500 ?

2.Question:

Our potential Co-SPonsor lives on his Parents property. He is a grown man and supports himself and nobody else. Would the fact that he lives in his parents house be a problem?

Thank You!

Do you and the co-sponsor live in the same house? If not then the 125% above poverty level is for the co-sponsor's household. Do you have to do that I864 or the I134?

As far as your second question, I doubt that the fact he lives on his parents' property will make any difference if he meets the income requirements!

No we dont live in the same house and Im doing I-134.

So the 125% is for the cosponsor's household...by that u mean: Co-Sponsor+The beneficiary? Without myself, since I'm not part of his household, right?

Any sponsor's household size for the affidavit of support is the sponsor, his dependants and any intending immigrants to be sponsored. In this case the number is 3.

Just disregard the fact the sponsor lives in the same home as his parents. For this purpose they are roommates.

Can I just confirm something here:

When I move over there (or IF I move over there - God knows what's going on at USCIS!) it'll be me. the other half, and her two kids - a total household of 4. Does that mean that she will have to earn a minimum of $26,500 per annum to avoid us having to use a co-sponsor?

Thanks.

Thanks for that.

One other question: how many years worth of tax returns do the sponsor and co-sponsor need to provide? Some people say 3, some say only 1?

A careful read of the I-864 instructions will tell you that one is required and three is optional. (I'd say best practice is three.) No tax returns are required for the I-134 unless self employed, then one is required. Three is still the best practice but there are exceptions. No need to include an older return if it's going to hurt the picture instead of help.
