I have seen on here many, many times that ALL I-751 submissions should be sent to either CSC or VSC (or is it TSC?

Told you I was going crazy!!!!) Anyways I was just on USCIS website and was looking at the instructions with the I-751 form for where to file. It still says I should file at NSC (I live in Ohio). Ok, so just to make my stomach stop hurting... I am supposed to file at CSC, correct? I am filing in the next few days so I'm getting all nervous. Thanks in advance! I don't know what I'd do without this website!

While there's been some talk recently about TSC maybe starting to process I-751s again, I haven't heard anything like that for NSC. The latest instructions per the May memo still indicated that cases should be sent directly to CSC or VSC:

Yes, if you were originally supposed to file at Nebraska you now file in California. If you want to, you can still send the petition to Nebraska and they will just forward it on to California themselves but the fastest delivery route will be to send it yourself to California. Be sure to send it with some sort of tracking method (priority mail with delivery confirmation and/or return receipt, etc.). Don't send it certified as that seems to slow its delivery down.

You'll be fine. I think it is mandatory to go a little crazy over these things - if you don't then USCIS feels they need to think up something even more stressful just to make sure you do! Good luck - lucky girl - you get processed in California! They at least seem to know how to process I-751s in a somewhat timely manner!

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Can they make it any more confusing?

I agree with what both said on here.

Good luck. We file in 2 more weeks.
