Doh, i wonder of this is going to cause me a RFE...my wife sent me 3 sets of G-325's (4 pages each set). Well I was not aware of till last night that each page is a little different. The only difference I can find when I overlay them to each other is in the bottom left corner.

I guess some how they got mixed up and I ended up sending pages (1) ident. (2) Rec Br. (1) Indent. and (4) consulate. Should I call them and inform this of my mistake and sent it to them or should I just wait for the RFE? I am kind of stressed about this now as I want this to go smooth. Any advice?

Got to love the fact my wife was preggy and even with a RFE @ NVC she was still here in under 5 months!

You know I wonder about that as well. I noticed before I sent mine in that they were different. I wouldn't tell them personally. If they would let it go through with no hitch then let it. If they need you to send in the right pages they will give you the RFE regardless, so I'd let it ride and see what happens :)

I thought about that, just letting it go but I'm scared that when they start working on our packet and I dont have the right page they will send us a RFE and we'll get put to the bottom of the pile. God this sucks!

The chances of an RFE are very low. I'd just wait and expect a positive result.

We talk about doing the right thing on the G325a (I hope you sent G325a, not G325.) all the time but I know at least one case the was approved and visa granted after sending a single page of each G325a. Also, there's an internal policy to overlook an unsigned G325a when the petition is otherwise properly filed. I wouldn't trust the new adjudicators to actually know this, so advise getting the signatures.

Yes it was the G-325a and not the G-325.

She did sign all 3 sets of the G-325a she sent me, so thats not a issue. Once again pushbrk you have the information that was needed. Thank you.

Jamericanlove, thanks.

I really want to appoligize for my poor writing in the original post. God my mind was going a hundred miles a hour and I was stressing. I am acually embarrased about it.

My husband has sent in mixed up G325A pages. We didn't get an RFE for that.
