I didn't know the service centers operate on the weekends.

I got another touch today...very unexpected. This is the 4th touch in 5 days...I'm really starting to wonder what's up.

Yes, they work 24/7.

OK, let me clarify, they are at work 24/7! What they are doing is anyones guess.

It is a common occurrence to receive touches (last updated date) on sundays.

Cool....it looks like they are starting to speed up. My moms petition is at VSC and she sent in an RFE last week. I figure once they get it they'll approve her file. She got her NOA1 the same day as me. Go USCIS!

I had my AOS 2 days after you and havnt any touches....have you called them or anything Jamericanlove that would generate a touch?

Actually, my husband filed an expedite with the petition. They never got back to us about it but it seems that there is some action on their part now. But regardless they seem to be moving pretty quickly even without any expedites. When I look at the spreadsheet for CSC they have done petitions filed at the begining of May. That's not bad...

Yea i have been watching that also. I really want the have a visa in hand by January as my baby is due the middle of Febuary and the proccess of getting a US passport for our baby will add from 1 to 2 months to the proccess...I know wishful thinking.

My husband is coming back later this year from his deployment and we'd love to be able to be together as soon as possible after that so I can relate. Think positive and do whatever you can to go in the right direction. Things can work out

I doubt they will let you fly late in your pregnancy, especially if its a high risk pregnancy.. its too much of a liability, and not safe for the mom or baby.

Well as long as she is a month out they would let her fly. I have already talked to China Airlines and EVA Air and they will allow it. We would go off the advice of her doctor and she gives us the ok then we come come back here.
